Claudex may use AI agents, official model APIs, media tools, browser automation, code tools, cloud services, human operators, reviewers, affiliated companies, and subcontractors to produce and check deliverables.
Managed review improves practical quality, but AI outputs can still contain errors, omissions, style issues, security bugs, or factual inaccuracies. Customers should review important outputs before use.
Production may depend on third-party providers for AI models, payments, hosting, storage, automation, analytics, and media generation. Their availability, rules, safety filters, rate limits, and terms can affect delivery.
Claudex does not promise access to a specific provider, model, feature, price, or generation result. We may switch tools when needed for reliability, safety, compliance, or quality.
Customers must provide lawful inputs, clear scope, brand constraints, acceptance criteria, and timely approvals. Claudex may pause work when the request is unclear, risky, prohibited, or likely to exceed approved credits.
Outputs are delivered as managed production outcomes, such as app changes, CRM workflows, automations, websites, media drafts, creative packages, audits, or fix plans.
Customers may not use Claudex to violate laws, infringe rights, deceive people, compromise systems, evade provider policies, create abusive content, or process sensitive data without appropriate written permission.
Claudex may reject, pause, or cancel requests that create legal, safety, platform, provider, reputation, or operational risk.
