Data We Collect

We collect account details, workspace requests, project inputs, acceptance criteria, credit records, billing references, support messages, and operational metadata needed to run the service.

Stripe processes payment details. Claudex stores Stripe customer, checkout, subscription, payment status, and invoice references needed for account and credit statements.

How We Use Data

We use customer data to authenticate users, manage requests, estimate credits, produce deliverables, maintain credit statements, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve operational reliability.

Production inputs may be routed through AI models, APIs, cloud services, automation systems, affiliated companies, subcontractors, operators, and human reviewers as needed to complete customer work.

Confidentiality And Security

We treat customer production materials as confidential business information and limit access to people and systems that need it to operate, review, or support the service.

No internet service can guarantee perfect security. Customers should avoid submitting secrets, regulated data, or highly sensitive personal data unless a written agreement covers that handling.

Retention And Deletion

We keep records long enough to provide the service, maintain billing and credit records, meet legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and defend operational decisions.

Customers may request reasonable deletion or export of workspace materials. Some billing, security, and credit/accounting records may need to be retained where required or operationally necessary.
